What We Do
With care and compassion, we take the stress out of financial compliance, creating efficiencies and empowering you with financial coaching so that you can focus on the heart of your business.
We create efficient processes so you are free to focus on the heart of your business.
We believe compliance is the foundation to bookkeeping.
We believe there is more to compliance…we can handle your growing transition through financial reviews and coaching.
How We Do It
We truly care about you and your success.
We approach our work with compassion…we understand there is uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure in opening up your finances, naming your challenges and successes.
We value connection…we value relationship over process.
Gina Lynn Bianchi – Founder
The foundations of my career were built in accounting and financial analysis, but my love of numbers, processes, and systems began long before my first job.
Numbers have always fascinated me. My connection to them began when I was eleven years old and I first discovered the Los Angeles Dodgers. I was captivated by the team and listened to every game while recording every single play with my #2 Ticonderoga pencil. Since we did not have computers back then, I would build out and chart the stats for my favorite players by hand.
In my high school years, I loved to play sports, but I always felt myself being drawn back into that statistical side of the game, compelled to keep track of player records, eager to analyze the numbers behind the sport itself. Instead of participating in games, you would often find me on the sidelines keeping score (more formally known as a statistician) and turning the numbers into a story for each of the players and the local papers.
It was in this role that I first found out that I held power, as every player would buddy up to me after a game to get an update on their lifetime stats. It was then that I discovered that I loved being the keeper and interpreter of such powerful information. Each job and position that I have held since has in one way or another been connected to my love of numbers and data. I am exhilarated by the challenge of taking raw data and turning it into a story and making it useful for my clients and their business growth.
It was not until I found myself in a position where I had the opportunity to teach and mentor others that I was able to articulate what this work truly means to me. As part of my role as an advisor to small business owners, I had to uncover the best ways to teach my team what a balance sheet and income statement are, and why they matter. In doing so I came to realize that financials are more than just numbers on a page; they tell a story. Sometimes it is a fascinating and exciting story; sometimes it is a thriller where you are not sure where it will lead, and sometimes it is an outright horror story. Regardless of how it ends, I know that it is my true passion to help others make sense of these stories so that they can understand the impact it has on a business’s ability to grow and succeed.
I decided to start my own practice so that I can focus on helping others grow their businesses. Whether that is through accurate financials, understanding the financial results and the performance of the business, or helping other firms establish and improve their processes and workflows so they too can be more successful.
When I am not organizing processes and workflows or analyzing data, I love to spend time with my friends and family. My 4-year old granddaughter is the highlight of most of my days and it is very true, there is nothing greater than being a grandma (or Gump as she calls me). I love living in the PNW, which has been home for the past 16 years – I feel most alive and calm when I am near mountains and water.
